Ivana is a dedicated civil engineer and a 200-hour certified Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher from the Atman Yoga School in Oslo, Norway.
Balancing a demanding career in civil engineering with her passion for yoga, Ivana brings a unique perspective to her practice and teaching.
Her journey into yoga began in 2011 when a friend from engineering school introduced her to the practice. Since then, Ivana’s love for yoga has grown immensely.

Ivana’s teaching style is a blend of creativity, playfulness, and a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics. She draws inspiration from various yoga traditions, including Dharma Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, Power Yoga, Budokon Yoga, Yogic Arts, and traditional Hatha Yoga.
Her classes are designed to be non-rigid and modern, adaptable to practitioners of all levels by incorporating a scientific approach to movement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Comfortable athletic wear, free of buttons, snaps, and zippers. The studio is co-ed so please dress accordingly. Baggy shorts should be avoided as we incorporate inversions and straddle stretches in our workouts. We require socks to be worn in our studios. Sticky bottom socks provide the best grip throughout a workout. If you do not own sticky socks, we have them for purchase at each studio location.
You will find descriptions of each of our classes by hovering over the class type on the schedule page. In a nutshell, our classes are limited to 10 or less, and you will always use the spring driven equipment. Expect a lot of hands on and personal attention.
