Poses, or asanas, are linked together in a dynamic sequence guided by the breath.
It is a high-energy, fast-paced form of yoga that is designed to increase the heart rate and build strength.
Expect a breath-centric practice with creative sequencing that allows students to create their own experience on the mat. This is a modern approach to traditional yoga.
The philosophy behind it is: Fit the practice to the individual rather than the individual to the practice.
