Everything is perfect and nothing is permanent. Dharma Mittra
Dharma yoga
This class draws inspiration from Dharma Yoga, named after Sri Dharma Mittra, one of the oldest living yoga masters.
Dharma Yoga is a graceful and empowering form of Hatha Raja yoga that integrates classical teachings with modern techniques, focusing on physical postures, ethical principles, and spiritual growth.
The practice begins with a flowing vinyasa sequence and transitions to longer-held, stationary poses. It includes balancing postures, inversions, arm balances, backbends, and twists, aiming to bring the yogi into states of focus, strength, confidence, opening, alignment, surrender, and meditation.
This slow-paced yoga practice is perfect for enhancing the mobility of the spine and hips.
